What's the difference between the CONQUER and CORE Duffels?

Other than aesthetic differences, here are some of the ways organization differs between duffel models.

- The CONQUER Duffel is more structured. It’ll stand up on its own without any dividers inside. If you’re after a more sturdy duffel, the CONQUER is for you. If you’re after a collapsable, more flexible duffel that’ll pack away easier, the CORE Duffel is for you.

- The CONQUER Duffel dividers are more solid and click in place with magnets. The CORE Duffel concertina-style dividers are more flexible. Ideal for flat packing away.

- The CORE Duffel features more streamlined external pockets. Whereas the CONQUER Duffel has more chunkier 3D pockets, ideal for packing more quick access items.

- Shoe storage differs between bags. If using the internal dividers with the CORE Duffel, you’ll loose the ability to maximise the shoe compartment. While the CONQUER Duffel’s dividers are built so that the shoe compartment space is fully maximised while dividers are in use. The added structure also prevents shoes from being crushed underneath.

- The CONQUER Duffel internal dividers has 6 organizational zones (+ shoe compartment). The CORE Duffel dividers allow for a maximum of 4 zones.  

- The CORE Duffel features our unique external weightlifting belt attachment.

Did this bag help me meet my future wife?
Last week, I’m in the gym parking lot transferring some items to my bag before heading in. A random woman walks up to me and compliments my level of organization (which is thanks to this bag). Seems like a real-life meet-cute to me. Only time will tell if this is the start of something beautiful...
This bag straight up *looks* big, especially because it is so boxy and well-structured. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it, but it definitely won’t fit in a standard gym locker. When looking for a bag, I had several nonnegotiables:
- Able to add/remove shoes without disturbing anything else in the bag
- Able to carry my leather Pioneer level belt (PAL v2) which isn’t flexible, small, or packable like the belts they show in all the stock photos
- Able to carry a change of semi bulky clothes (business casual), not just gym clothes
The Conquer duffle satisfies all those and more:
- Sturdy, stays upright even when empty, material will definitely last
- Removable dividers! I only take the tall divider out of the car when I get home; the rest of the bag can stay in my car. The magnet system works really well. The utility of this cannot be understated.
- Again, the dividers! It’s not mentioned in the description but the vertical separators inside the dividers are removable and swappable (you can put a short separator in the taller divider).
Areas for improvement:
- Mesh pockets on lid are unusable when bag is fully open (i.e. when nothing is supporting the lid) as they are…

Worth the money
This is honestly the best gym bag I've ever had, all the compartments are modular and can be removed or customized via the divider. It's waterproof, and having the 2 cup holders is really nice because now I can carry my water and protein to the gym. Also, this is the first time I've ever been able to use the sneaker pocket on a gym bag, those hard inserts are a must for me.

Great Bag
I have used KNKG bags for the past 5 years. CONQUER is very functional, and the quality is great. My size 11 running shoes fit, but would find it difficult to squeeze in a 12. The hard-sides which hold the shape of the bag are fantastic and create the ability to keep organized with everything easily accessible.
