The belt is just right not too thin or thick. Gives you great coverage for a variety of lifts. Doesn’t dig into the skin and is fully adjustable. Love it!

I’ve used a lot of lifting belts. This one hits all the high points. First, it looks amazing. That’s obviously step 1. Second, it is super comfortable. It’s doesn’t run your skin or pinch and make you regret bracing for that lift. Third, despite looking Awesome and feeling like a Unicorn Skin Jacket, it holds perfectly when you brace for that lift. I’m also a huge fan of the buckle/Velcro design. Doing a METCON where I need to swap back and forth I can just undo the strap and loosen or tighten as needed. The Velcro seems to be from a spaceship. It isn’t normal Velcro I’ve seen but it holds on like a tick in a tornado. Long Story Short, They Nailed it.

Honestly one of the most solid velcro belt out there. I am a powerlifter and I own and use many different belt including Inzer and SBD. I am not a huge fan of using those thick super firm belts for certain workouts as they can dig into your skin and give you bruises. They can also limit some movements of your body. Now we have this SOLID KNKG belt that really supports you with that great material, and without limiting any movement. Not to mention the great design and all the colors you can choose from!
