It is water-resistant. This means it will repel water and survive showers very well, but we don't recommend taking it as your dry-bag during a tropical downpour.

Great for New Dads
I was leaving for work every morning taking my daughter to daycare. I had five bags: work backpack, gym bag, lunchbox, diaper bag, and cooler with bottles for the baby.
This thing is great. Enough pockets for laptop and work stuff, shoe compartment, gym bag. I now just bring this thing to the office so I can workout at work. It’s big enough to fit my lunchbox so I’ve sort of consolidated down to 2 bags.
It’s big, but not as bulky as you think. Recommend to anyone who works out during the workday or directly before/ after and likes a single bag.

Got this for my BF. He loved it
There's plenty of space in the bag for this belt, knee sleeves and lifting shoes. the two shoes pockets are really nice to keep the old stinky knee sleeves, shoes or socks away when opening the bag.
