Love the bag, just wish the fabric didn’t collect lint!
Great bag, well made, super spacious, obsessed with the shoe area on the outside. I just wish it was a different fabric that didn’t collect lint! I’d choose gray next time in hopes that it doesn’t show as much.

Very good, could be better.
I bought this bag to replace both my tired old gym bag and my work/everyday backpack, and it comes close to meeting all my needs, but falls just short.
The things I like:
I LOVE the clamshell opening! So easy to pack/find what I’m looking for. Likewise I like the top zip opening, easy to grab stuff on top.
The pack is extremely well built; I’m sure I’ll never wear it out. High quality hardware, too. Zippers are SMOOTH.
A few things that could be improved:
Both the side pockets and the shoe pocket would be more useful if they had a pleated bottom as well as the sides. As is, if the pack is full it is difficult to cram my shoes, (size 11), in to the front pocket. Pleated bottoms would make all three more functional. The funky strap that holds the shoe compartment closed is overly complicated. A simple snap buckle would work better.
The outside top pocket needs to be deeper, and the internal divider is barely functional. This is the weakest part of the pack, in my opinion. As is, I just have to toss stuff in there, nothing stays where it should. Also, it needs a short strap with a snap hook for keys!
The inside zip pockets are not that useful. They are down flat so I can’t put much in there, and I have to move stuff to get to them. They would work better if they were on the flap section of the clamshell and not the main body.
A lot of these complaints are nitpicks, I admit. I do a lot of hiking and backpacking, so I know what works and doesn’t in a pack,…
