We do not accept return for items without tags in the correct location or in used condition. The are NO returns for meal prep inserts and bottles (due to hygiene reasons). Outlet items are final sale. Products covered by our Warranty are no longer eligible for return or exchange. We cannot return items that have not been delivered. We provide prepaid return labels (for mainland US returns only). For bags, a $10 fee (per bag) is deducted from your refund total. This means you do not have to pay for a return label that typically costs a lot more. We are a small dedicated brand, and we truly want to do our best by our supporters. Unfortunately, we're not in the position to absorb the total cost for return shipping and restocking fees. The $10 restocking/reshipping fee does not apply to international returns. They are no return shipping fees for Apparel.

Exchanges with us are easy! We offer exchanges for mainland US. There are no restocking/return shipping fees for exchanges. Simply start are return and you will be guided through our exchange process. You can exchange for an item of lower, equal, or greater value. You will either be billed or refunded the difference automatically to the payment method used for your original order.

If you're not ready to reorder, Store Credit is a great option. We provide prepaid return labels (for mainland US returns only) and there are no return stocking fees for Store Credit. You will receive the store credit electronically once the return have been delivered. Store credit can not be reimbursed to the original payment method.

For returns outside of the mainland US, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returning shipping costs are not reimbursed to the original payment methods or as store credit. Returns must be completed through our Returns Center.

We accept returns in unused condition, tags still attached, within 30-days of purchase (extensions apply for pre-orders and Christmas orders).
