A warming fall favorite!
Serves: 3-4 | Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until completely mixed together.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and melt coconut oil.
- Scoop portions of batter onto pan. Cooking each pancake for 3-4 minutes either side.
- Optional: serve with sliced bananas
- Enjoy!
