Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats

The staple meal or snack of any meal prepper!

Serves: As many as you want! | Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients per jar:

  • Rolled Oats, 1/2 cup
  • Coconut Milk, 1/2 cup
  • Peanut Butter, 2 tsbp
  • Blueberries, 1/4 cup
  • Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp


    1. Add oats, chia seeds and coconut milk to each jar. Shake well so that the oats are submerged in milk. 

    2. Smash blueberries with a fork to make a jam. 

    3. Add layer of blueberry jam over the oats mixture. 

    4. Follow with a layer of peanut butter. 

    5. Seal jars with lid. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours. This works best when left overnight. 

    6. Enjoy straight from the jar!
